I am going to get the Standard Edition on Steam the end of this month and I don't know what version of VS to download, there is quite a lot of them to choose from would it be the for Windows Desktop, or for Windows? I know I need VS Express 2013 but don't know what one I need haha. Quote

The other one is for Windows 8 Apps (Ugh!). @all: This is already builtin for VS2013 Express. Just right-click on the scrollbar and choose "Scroll Bar Options..." and then select "Use map mode for vertical scroll bar" 2 Quote
