Kavex Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 I know you guys are busy with the release with the standard version. I know there has been talk about an upgrade for the stream version and possibly just paying the difference. Well would we be be able to upgrade and possibly pay the difference and get the standalone version? I love steam and all but would rather have a standalone not linked to steam. I'd love to get into the c++ version now. Just wishful thinking 1 Quote Steam Profile /r/Leadwerks
Admin Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 On Steam, this will be offered as a DLC. On our own site, you can upgrade here: http://www.leadwerks.com/werkspace/store/product/14-leadwerks-31-standard-edition/ 2 Quote

That is what I was asking. Quote Steam Profile /r/Leadwerks

DerRidda Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 No, if you own the standalone version you buy it right here. If what you are trying to say is that you have never seen DLC used as upgrades for software you really haven't been looking very hard, a few apps already do that. http://store.steampowered.com/app/214850 http://store.steampowered.com/app/221200 Quote
