I have a model with physic that is a simple box : It's the race car.

I have a box BSP fro ground.

 

How to declare the car box :

Physic shape : Box

Collision type : prop or character ? as i wont' use character controller , and just want to apply physic force to the box like : entity:AddForce(0,0,100)
