Rendering artifact at lower resolutions

At 320x240 resolution an artifact in the bloom filter is seen when using the render image tool.

This might be because of the predefined steps for down and upsampling. Normally you would calculate the needed steps in code and choose the correct steps based on the resolution.  The downscaling and upsampling is normally calculated like mipmapping.

Other than the borders, I don't see any problem when I just make the 3D viewport smaller...

I created a separate camera for the render window to use and the problem went away.
