Thirsty Panther Posted July 7, 2024 Posted July 7, 2024 Having problems with the Nature Starter Kit. I "purchased" it from the Ultra Engine website. I downloaded the zip file and extrated it to my Project. It only shows Rocks with no materials. If I go back to my purchases to try to redownload the file I'm gretted with a "unavaliable" meassage. Josh Posted July 7, 2024 Posted July 7, 2024 How did you navigate to that page? Can you show me a link to it? I could not find it. Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.

Solution Josh Posted July 7, 2024 Solution Posted July 7, 2024 I have updated the attached file. The email that gets sent out will now refer to that page. 1 Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.

Josh Posted July 8, 2024 Posted July 8, 2024 Is this the link in the email?: https://www.ultraengine.com/community/clients/purchases/437-nature-starter-kit/ Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
Josh Posted July 8, 2024 Posted July 8, 2024 Ah, okay. I thought the 437 number was a product ID, but it's like a transaction ID. The correct page is here: https://www.ultraengine.com/community/clients/purchases Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
N815 Posted July 15, 2024 Posted July 15, 2024 Just a question. I don't want to interrupt but where in the Project exactly do I put the ZIP content? edit... I put a Folder in Models "Nature" as it says in the json "basepath": "Models/Nature", Quote
Josh Posted July 15, 2024 Posted July 15, 2024 Just extract it to the Ultra install folder, which is usually here: C:/Program Files/Ultra Engine Then the content will be available in the "Asset Library" tab under "DLC". 1 Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
