Material::SetMappingScale not working

Material::SetMappingScale has no effect. Not on normal meshes or terrains. Also the documentation doesn't include this function, which in my point is an essential part of terrain painting or custom materials.

This feature was actually implemented for brushes, but I agree this would be useful in general, and required for terrain.

My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.

This feature is removed for now. Terrain has a per-layer scale setting.
