Josh Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 What is wrong in the image above? Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
Vida Marcell Posted June 20, 2022 Author Posted June 20, 2022 At the desk corner there is a ugly shadow. Is there a setting to remove it? Quote
Josh Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 I can't tell if that is the light range running out of strength, or if the model has wrong normals. There is a tool in the model editor to recalculate normals based on an angular tolerance. Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
havenphillip Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 Looks like maybe the normal calculation on the model? Quote
Vida Marcell Posted June 20, 2022 Author Posted June 20, 2022 No problems with the shading or the normal map Quote
Vida Marcell Posted June 20, 2022 Author Posted June 20, 2022 Not even the light direction or the range Quote
Josh Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 If the light is close to the height of the table top then that image is correct. The light intensity will fade as the angle it hits the surface at gets lower and lower. 1 Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
