How can i add an external force to a character controller?

AddBodyForce(playerController,Vec3(0,1000000000,0),1);

Does nothing, how can i simulate some kind of air lift if i cannot add force to the character controller?

Use the Update function to handle this. You can add lift in the jump parameter.

Ok. As a feature request, could i ask for the AddBodyForce command to be able to add Z and X forces :) ??? hehe

You can make a physics hull with physics boxes around the character controller, because other physics bodies can move it.
