sticky keys dialog

When I use left shift to make my player move faster a dialog pops up asking me if I want sticky keys. I always click on no, but it stops my game. I am now using right mouse button in place of left shift which solves the problem, but is there a way to stop this dialog appearing? ( win 7)

amd quad core 4 ghz / geforce 660 ti 2gb / win 10

Blender,gimp,silo2,ac3d,,audacity,Hexagon / using c++
