Josh Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Is there any way to do this? Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
Canardia Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Tools -> Options -> Projects and Solutions -> Always show Error List if build finishes with errors. Then press F4, or doubleclick on the first error. Mumbles Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 On the build output, I just double click on any entry that says error, and it jumps to the line in question. It doesn't highlight the part of the line that's causing the problem though. But usually, on reading the error message you'll spot the problem almost instantly Quote LE Version: 2.50 (Eventually)
