Can't access most forums

I' ve sent an email to support (10.06.2010 21:48) as suggested, but still can't access most forums,

nor can I download updates.

The database was rolled back as of a few hours ago. Perhaps you need to be reactived.

I saw that there were problems with the server for I think more than three days now,

so I kept my cool. But the original mail to support was issued 7 days ago for the same reason.
