How Do I Add a Post Effects to the Character Camera?

Been trying to figure us out for a while, if anyone could help me out real quick that'd be cool, thanks. I'm not very great at coding or anything but I'm just starting out?

In the top right hand corner you will find a "scene " tab.

Select this.

Down the bottom of this tab you will find "Post effects".

Click "Add ".

Select the effect you want then run your game.
