Undac Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 If you want a free 3d painter to create textures for your models (like substance painter), I don't know any. You can however achieve similar results with a little more effort by using blender + gimp / paint.net. Quote
SlipperyBrick Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Blender is free and you can actually texture your model in there along with sculpting your model to bake maps to low poly models. Pretty much the same as Substance Painter but in Blender. I have a tutorial series that I am working on for Blender which will be available very soon that will take you through the necessary steps on how to do all common things inside Blender. 2 Quote
