Programs to use for model making

Hi i want to make a few models and i don't know any software for it i have seen the fuse on steam and im not sure if it well work with the leadwerks Program.

 

if any body know of a free Program plz show me

google sketchup is free and very easy to use. ok for making houses etc. there are dozens of tutorials on web.

Just keep in mind, you won't be able to sell anything made in the standard version of 3D-Coat.

These days I use Shade 3d. Though i don't use blender I still tell people to give it a try. Also not on The list is Sweet Home 3d. It is a opensource simple 3d architecture program.

But you need to pay 300 bucks if you want to go commercial. Blender is still free even for commercial

Im using blender,too and its not that confusing if you learn 1 month

Does 3D Coat have rigging and animation? Also, what's the hard surface modeling like?

No rigging or animation. The hard surface modeling is good, if you have the skills, which I don't. I use it mostly for painting.
