I am opt in beta on steam and even when I am,the game still crashes.

Not the leadwerks app,my game.

Sorry to really bother in making another thread on how to fix these kind of stuff.

Thanks in advance.

Considering the number of problems we get in spite of the "this project is out of date" warning before running, I am considering just forcing it to use the executable in the template directory at all times.

My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.

Don't forget to update your project through the Project Manager, so it can get the updated binaries which stop the crashing.

I've been wondering about this - is there any reason projects are not auto updates automagically? ( LUA and C++ both )

System:

Linux Mint 17 ( = Ubuntu 14.04 with cinnamon desktop ) Ubuntu 14.04, AMD HD 6850, i5 2500k

One thought is the possibility that an update may unintentionally break your project and then you're stuck not being able to work until the next fix comes out. If you force someone to update their projects then maybe give them an option to revert if issues come up.

Yep. Although the executable may be okay. I think I've been quite good about backwards compatibility with the API since 3.0.
