Developer Tag

Does anybody know how i can get the Developer Tag under my forum name?

 

I purchased Leadwerks via steam.

If it's not awarded based on post count, I don't think those of us who purchased on Steam can get it, unless Josh can manually add it?

It was given to people who bought LE2. Not sure how, if at all, to get it now.

Sometime shortly after the kickstaret josh decided to change forum permissions rather than having to alter the group off all the kickstarters, so the "Developer" title is infact defunct.

How then, do i gather permission to downloads assets, not from workshop but from the site? It states i dont have permission.

Also, I think that only developers can make blog entries. I would like to use blog entries rather than status updates for certain things.

I believe the downside to those status tags is that when people buy through steam, Josh has to manually assign the correct tag to everyone. There is probably a steam api call that could that handle that, but it would take a day of figuring out how to get it to work.

I too have run into the permissions thing. i figured it wasnt worth downloading if I dont have permission to download it anyhow! Must be some super secret that no one is allowed to access unless your on the nice list

 

Honestly, can we not figure out how to fix that so that MEMBERS and those that have paid for the service can also access these downloads from the site?
