Can't upload to workshop

I'm trying to upload a shader to the workshop, but I get this error:

 

Sorry!

 

An error was encountered while processing your request:

That item does not exist. It may have been removed by the author.

 

 

Any help would be great.

If the permissions are set to private, you need to be logged into Steam to view the item...if you are viewing this in a browser.

Just checking, but are you trying to upload from within steam or are you using Leadwerks?

You need to use Leadwerks.

I know I just went thru something similar when uploading some SFX.

I've been doing it through leadwerks while steam is open and logged in

I think you might have Steam Cloud disabled. There is a per-app and per-account setting.
