YouGroove Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 It works here using the shortcut. Quote Stop toying and make games
YouGroove Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 It seems Boostraper bug is back trying launching from Steam Quote Stop toying and make games
Thirsty Panther Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Yeah. It happened with the last steam update:( Quote
beo6 Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 still crashing here for me. Setting to "List View" helps. Still only happens for Leadwerks. A bit annoying because i don't like the List View or Grid View. But at least it is a working workaround. Quote
AggrorJorn Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 You are right, it went away for about a week but now it is back again. Quote

AggrorJorn Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 The steam update I just did this morning, fixed it again. Quote
YouGroove Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 I just tried and the problem is back again (only the shortcut is secure). Quote Stop toying and make games
beo6 Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 still crashing here. If it helps maybe. I am in the Steam Beta and Leadwerks Beta. Updates today for both installed. Quote
Josh Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 I'd encourage you to post about this in the Steam support forum. I can't do anything about it. Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
Josh Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Image of Steam during freeze. Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
Vulcan Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 It still freezes when going to Library->All software, but if I search for Leadwerks and then click on the "PLAY NOW" button it starts. This is how I installed it by searching for it. Luckly desktop shortcut works. Quote
DerRidda Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 This actually also happens under Linux, just switching to the software tab freezes the entire client. Valve is bad at QA but even worse at cleaning up behind themselves. Quote
YouGroove Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 I have DLL error each time i quit playing some two games (nothing related to LE3) , i agree Valve will need to improve and watch these problems instead of ignoring them. Quote Stop toying and make games
Admin Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 I notified our business manager directly and he is passing this on to the Steam dev group. Quote
SavageDogg38 Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Hi, I just baught the full version and was having the same issue. I did not have the issue with the indie demo though. I only had the problem after buying the full indie version. I'm not sure if that helps you or not but I did use the recommendation for using the Desktop Icon and now it all seems to work fine so far. I'm in the engine at least. I will let you know if I encounter any more problems. Thanks! Quote Running on: Microsoft 8 64-bit 10 gigs RAM Nvidia Geforce GTX 660
