I tried exporting a model with the 3ds max 2 gmf exporter, through fbx, b3d, dae, x, 3ds, obj with different versions of converters too and always the result is no animation, why?

You need to make sure you have a skin shader applied to the model. The bones are animated in code, but the actual visualization of the mesh being deformed is done via a shader.
