Multiple layers of refraction in single pass

This shot shows the difference when camera refraction is enabled and disabled. It also demonstrates multiple overlapping transparent objects that each contribute to the refraction angle. The refraction is rendered in a single pass for efficiency rather than rendering one layer, rendering the next, and so on for each object. You can see that all layers of transparency still contribute to the refraction angle.
